Catboat Tom, a character in his own right, was caught talking with Paul Smith, Geoff Marshall, and Ed Fernandez about another Character, spelled with a capital C Bad Bob Reddington of the Catboat Association.
Tom and Bob have known each for many years and relish every chance they get to disparage the other.
