Before dinner I caught Paul in the kitchen shucking a few oyster for his personal consumption. We lightly steamed six dozen oysters for dinner which included white corn on the cob and a spinach salad, mmmmmgooood. We did not have any left overs, duh!
Oysters? Hmmmm... I need to be introduced to these creatures. Charley, when you come back North, if you ever do :), we need to sit in your cockpit and shuck a few. Tell Paul he's welcome! And Russ too.
