Corky on Aligator Bay

This picture was taken on an overnight sail, my buddy and avid sailing partner, Corky accompanied me as usual. For ten years Corky enjoyed as many adventures as I did, she died in 2008. I miss her personality and companionship.

  1. Charlie,
This is bill in Boca Grande, FL. I sail my M-18 here in the waters of Charlotte Harbor and the waters of Barnegat Bay in the summer. Looks Like we have a lot in common. So that's your boat at Beaton's eh ? I've got the 43 foot dagger sloop 'SYLPH' parked there and will be up to start working on her after the 4th. I too know Roland. Until we meet, fair winds....Bill

  2. Bill,
You and I have spoken in the past, Ted Weideke was a mutual friend of ours. Of course I know "SYLPH", I saw you getting her ready for this year. I thought you were berthed on the Shark River. See you soon.
