JUST A LITLE GRAY TODAY

Today is just a little bit Gray, it keeps one from taking the Keys for granted. Boat maintenance, food shopping and housework on the schedule for today.
I think that a nice Kimchee soup will warm the soul, thanks to Tim's Oriental Grocery. I scored some Kimchee and other Korean ingredients yesterday that will keep be in good stead for some time to come.

OOps, got to paint that concrete.

  1. Not abig fan of Kimchee, but I do like cooking Bok Choy - we call it chingensai in Japan. I sautee it in a mix of water, lite shoyu, ginger, and garlic.

    Hope your skies lighten soon.

  2. Pandabonium, I have Bok Choy, tonight that will be on the menu, substituting Bragg's Ammino for shoyu. Bragg's
is a Tamari, Shoyu alternative, no Gluten, Alcohol or preservatives, not fermented and is low in sodium. Thanks for the tip. Good health to the both of you and have a Happy Thanksgiving Day.
